KL Trip

Yay finally i'm going to post about my first trip to KL during the last week of holiday. Time flies so so so fast, now that school has reopened, it's time to concentrate on my studies again!

it'll be more like a photo blog post.... cause i'm just to lazy ..

KL Day 1: 08-10-2013

(One fine day, and my mom suddenly asked if I want to go KL for a short trip since i've never been there before, lol, ya ya ya as a malaysian, i've ever been there before, hah. So I was like yay finally, my first trip to KL! )

On that day, we took the direct bus, 858, at the bus stop located opposite our house >>> airport and had our lunch before our flight at 12:50. :-)

Leggooooo [ 出发咯 ]

And around 45 minutes later, we'd touched down at KLIA, Kuala Lumpur International Airport! Cab-ed to our hotel took us 1 hour lol even longer than our flight.

- Peace yay our hotel room -

Mom........ [old school photo pose]

was playing 'in ' the wardrobe lol that was the only place where I can get my wifi cause it's near the door hah

Then! Out for a walk around bintang street and lot 10!

took a quick bite at the udon stall down the basement of lot 10, it was unexpectedly good!

Grocery shopping at the basement of Lot 10: biscuits, cup noodles, chocolate, in case we got hungry in the middle of the night (?)

 - Bintang Walk -

After that, we went back to the hotel and had some rest while waiting for my cousin to have dinner together.

-

Cuzzie brought us to the hawker food street near our hotel and tada! dinner time !

The famous chicken wings are awesome damn damn awesome - fingers licking good? -

- with my Yiing Huey cuzzie hehe -

Walked back to our hotel to take a quick bath lol you have no idea how smelly our clothes was hahaha. Afterwards, cuzzie drived us to Publika to have some late night dessert!

Namoo, Publika

As you all know (from my last few posts) that i'm a big big fan of sweet potato, so i've done some research about the cafes around KL, and I found Namoo! which means 'tree ' in Korean. It's a Korean dessert cafe and bistro. It was time to have my sweet potato cake and latte again muahahahaha.

Sweet potato cake w ice cream.

Sweet potato latte + cake - yummmmy -

but i must say that the sweet potato latte at cups n canvas in sg is definitely nicer
with the unqiue purple sweet potato scent~ in Namoo, they used normal yellow/ orange sweet potato

muahahaha since when did i become a sweet potato 专家 - laughs -

KL Day 2: 09-10-2013

Baked Eggs, wish they have this in Singapore :'( missing this already...
definitely a comfort foooood

i was like: OMG look at the egggggg (ʃƪ ˘ ³˘)

There are mexican sausages, potato, mozzarella cheese and of course eggs inside hehe

- happy happy ladies -
Cuzzie took off from work just to drive us around KL weee

Went shopping around Mid-valley and the Gardens shopping centre before we settled down for our tea break.

- truffle fries with jap spicy mayo, scones, hot choc -

- marshmallowieeeee hot chocolate @ the Plan B -

Headed back to hotel to take a bath, the weather was really killing me ⁀⊙﹏☉⁀ uhhh. Changed in to comfy comfy outfit and walked to the Pavillion for some shopping again hehe. Mom needed to do some shopping for her dinner gown, so I tried on some for fun too(✿◠‿◠)

i will definitely look like a giant if I were to have my heels on sigh life of a 168 girl

Dinner time: was craving for some noodles and soup, so - Ippudo @ Pavillion. The Ippudo there has lesser variety of ramen than the outlets in Sg, but, nonetheless, they are still good. I finished my bowl of ramen in like 10 mins? , including the soup yea~

then, visited the Delectable by Su @ the Pavillion wee bought my Strawberry Treats, something like cake in a jar? Did some research on the cafes and sweets in KL and I found this! They make and customize cute cupcakes and birthday cakes! What an adorable shop hehe.

Bought the ' Tummy Calmer' juice from Juice boost lol cause I ate way too much and my stomach wasn't feeling well that night ( つ﹏╰) but still ......

- back in the hotel room -
muahahaha it's time to digggggg in (recovered instantly lol)

After leaving our luggages at the reception counter, we walked to the Time Square for some shopping again lol there was nothing to do other than shopping and eating. Settled down for some chilled herbal jelly, heol the weather was really really killing us. There was nothing much there, so we decided to go back to Pavillion for lunch.

the bibimbap is ok but the seafood pancake is a must try!

Tokyo Street at the top level of Pavillion, selling all kinds of jap stuff like crepes, mochi, ice-cream etc!
